Add-On Enhancements Overview

TCS Hotel Software will configure Add-On Products to help manage your Properties unique requirements.


Network Version

The Network or Multi-User License Pack Product will allow your property to function on multiple computers sharing one central database. This feature gives you the capability to Check-in guests from more than one computer at the same time. Back office management reporting can be done, while miscellaneous charges can be posted from anywhere on your property. Our network version will work on a peer-to-peer topology or an NT Service environment. Of course, TCS will assist you with our recommended network infrastructure. Our multi-level support staff is there for you from the beginning.

Call Accounting Module
The 32-Bit Call Accounting Software for your Property: Log each and every telephone call, calculate costs, apply surcharges and generate reports. Call notification feature is brilliant in crisis! You simply set the software to warn of 911 (or any other type of call). When the call is placed a warning Box flashes and beeps on-screen, alerting you of in-house emergencies with the room number displayed.

Track housekeeping activity with a telephone code of your choice. When a room is cleaned, the housekeeper will enter the clean code into the phone. The room status will be updated automatically. If you phone system includes a wake-up call feature, our call accounting module will provide you with a "Wake-Up Call Activity Report."

Best of all, our Call Accounting Module is all software driven. You may run this Add-On feature on the same computer as Guest Tracker. All you need to do is connect your PBX to your computer serial port and TCS will install and configure the Call Accounting Module remotely through PC Anywhere.

Call Accounting Interface
Our Call Accounting Interface Add-On will post all telephone call charges and taxes to each Guests Room Folio Bill automatically. Our seamless interface will import call detail into Guest Tracker Folios without any user intervention. Once your Call Accounting Module is operating successfully, phone charge details will start posting to Guest Folios. This interface has been designed specifically for our Call Accounting Module and it works great!

Credit Card Processing
Our Credit Card Processing Module allows any property to process Credit Card Transactions through Guest Tracker. All charges are accumulated daily and posted at day's end through your local Banking Institution. Charges are accumulated in an ASCII transfer file, that can be viewed and edited before processing. TCS recommends and supports "ICVerify" by CyberCash and PBadmin by Southern DataComm.

Credit Card Swipe Interface
Our Credit Card Software Interface will allow you to swipe Guests Credit Cards on the fly. The Guest name, and Credit Card number will display in the appropriate Guest Information fields. Get the lowest transaction rates! This Add-On feature does not have to be used with the Credit Card Processing Module.

Voice Mail Interface
TCS has developed a Voice Mail Interface to work with most Integrated Voice Mail Systems. The PMS - Voice Mail Interface allows the initiation of a new voice mail box to be opened at the time the new Guest checks in their room. Information about the Guest is transferred to the Voice Mail System. At the time the Guest checks out of their room the PMS will close the Guest's Mail Box automatically.

Central Reservation Interface
Most popular franchises may have a Central Reservation System that connects all properties under that Flagship. These reservations are sent to your property each day. The TCS Central Reservation Interface will import these reservation into the Guest Tracker Reservation files. A Daily posting procedure will be run to import these reservations.

On Line Training
TCS offers On-line Guest Tracker training and feature highlights. If you property is equipped with a dial-up modem and PC Anywhere remote control software, you have everything that you need to allow TCS to train your staff and management to use our products effectively and productively from the start. Multiple On-line sessions can address Setup, Security, Front Des, Reservations, and Management sessions specific to your needs to general sessions to address overall product features after you are familiar with our software. Whatever your software training requirements, TCS will tailor our resources to fit the needs of your property.

Onsite Training And Installation
TCS offers Installation and Training Support for your staff. TCS will tailor our training to suit your needs. Sessions can be grouped by Management, Front Desk, Setup and Security. TCS can also assist you with Guest Tracker Initialization and Network Configurations.

Property Setup And Configuration
TCS will setup your property's room types, rates, and room numbers to enable you to spend your valuable time using Guest Tracker and becoming more familiar with its many features. Of course, all configuration and setups can be updated and changed by your property after you receive the Guest Tracker software.
