Support

Guest Tracker offers 2 types of support contracts. As a new user purchasing the software for the first time you are entitled to support for software installation and initial setup for 30 days. Emergency support is available for Properties that have no support. A new support contract needs to be purchased to receive emergency support. The Level 1 and Level 2 support plans can be purchased to give users more extensive Annual support options to meet their comfort level. Support is required for the base software for the 1st year, and is optional thereafter.
